    Tried to get a different angle for this picture. Not sure whether it works or not.

    Canon 7D 100-400 Mk 2. 1/00 @ f 6.3 ISO 500.

    Developed in ACR and CS6. Cropped for composition.

    It sure looks like it is trying to show you who is the boss! I like the the eye is rotated to look our way - this guy means business. I'm sure I would prefer this as a vertical with more below.

    Nice and sharp would prefer a slightly more lateral view. The image seems a little bright or perhaps a tad overexposed to me.

    Thank you Daniel and Jonathan for the comments and advice, they are very helpful to me. I have tried a vertical crop and reduced the brightness by a notch or two.
