Hi Johnathan, your correct it was a large crop. Probably 50% off full frame, also a slower shutter speed than I would have like. I was talking to another gentleman and the osprey flew by, kind out of instinct I raised the camera and captured several images. Here is a repost as you suggested with a less tight crop.

Revisiting the image, I like the feel of this better. In the first one I don't know why but I got carried away with the crop. I know better. Thank you for viewing.

I like the first one best also but the IQ isn't holding up to the crop. Great to see this bird with a nice clump of nesting material. Well done
