This Lilac-breasted Roller is from a trip to Tanzania a couple of years ago. We were fortunate enough to encounter a number of good opportunities for this bird.

A lovely look at one of the world's greats! The detail is very pleasing. As is the background, perch, etc. The bird is too large in the frame for my taste, and I wonder if you took the TC off and loosened things? If you did have a number of good opportunities, I'll bet you have all sorts of delightful pictures. Obviously I still enjoy this very much as-is. Well done!

I like the pose, delicate perch, details, eye contact and sharpness. The leaf looks a little over saturated to my eye but I wasn't there. A beautiful image Dennis!

Thanks to all for your comments. Jim I do have a tendency to over saturate as I love color. Trying to dial back a bit...

Well done. I remember that bird well. You might want to cut down just a tad on the SAT.... a
