    I had just been photographing great crested grebes and I hear a commotion, I did not have the time to change the exposure settings, I just got the action asap.

    This is one of those "almost" shots.
    Love, love the upside down coot with his head emerging from the water and the great look at his feet.
    So engaging to see coot #1 looking down at coot #2.
    Just wish the blurred wing wasn't so blurred and was pulled back posteriorly to clear the body and leg of the upside down coot.
    I sure wish that the 3rd coot wasn't there.
    I think this needs to be rotated CCW.
    Terrific action portrayed and really enjoyed seeing this behavior,
