What was the scenario here? Just a tolerant of close approach species? Luck? Food? Just wondering...I know nothing of the species.

Shawn, Thank you so much for the feed back and nice compliments. These residential Babblers stay together in party, but at present there is only one pair in the area where I do photography.Area is in the corner of urban area.
I was looking for migratory bird comes here for one or two days while going back to native place.though these babblers were (around me) for some time but in the shadow area and later on this one came and sat on the perch in front of me (in good light) got few frames.
No food, bait, you can say a tolerant close approach not by me but by him, at least at this moment.
