Another from the raptor recovery center. This subspecies shows a peach coloured breast and reddish markings around the head similar to the Barbary falcons

What a great looking Brookei Shane. Similar to the Barbary but it dose not have as much rust color on the nape. A very nice looking adult falcon. If you are not opposed to cloning you may want to clean up the tip of her beak. This unrefined beak is due to being in captivity and eating softer captive bred quail. A wild bird would have a very sharp beak and a more pronounced tomial tooth from eating more bone from the wild quarry. The frame definitely needs another round of sharpening as presented. Well done

It is indeed a beautiful specimen, and you lined it up with an appealing BG. The bill looks better in the repost for sure. Unfortunately the head is soft perhaps due to movement (and also likely a bit oof - critical focus seems to be on the far wing).
I agree with you Daniel, i checked the RAW up close and the face is soft. My RP seems oversharpened too so tried and inbetween version using Lensblur option in Smart Sharpen to see if that helped
Shane,
The tip of the Beak definitely looks much better and more like a wild Falcon but as Daniel mentioned it still looks soft on both reposts. It looks better but for a portrait like this it needs to be Real sharp. Focus was on the far wing. If this were a wider angle comp it might be more acceptable. Nice work
