    I like the slightly unconventional view, tilt of bird and flying drops give it a sense of action. Subdued palette with little punch of color from the orange legs.

    Well framed.

    Wish the birds left wing wasn't quite so much knife edged towards us, but that comes from the take off pose/angle.

    nice capture Jonathan,love the pose,like the bubling water round its feet,some nice detail,not so keen on the eye that's shut,TFS.
