    7D, 300mm F4
    F7.1, 1/125sec, ISO 800, slightly cropped, cloudy, taken in jan this year, garden setup, hide, tripod.

    What pretty little sparrows; they deserve a day of their own. Nice comp, perch, exposure; great poses with eyes showing on both. Sharpness is just on the edge of being too much; might have backed off just a tiny bit in a few spots.

    It is really nice to see 2 sharp birds in the frame.
    The perch is really nice with the lichens. great BG with the vertical striations.
    I might tone down the brightness of the lichens,

    I like this very much and agree with Gail RE the lightening of the lichens, which is hard to say many times in a row.

    love this. great job to get both of them in focus. the lichen perch & BG are excellent.
