Hi Sanjeev - Another strong portrait with very nice detail and sharpness. Color and tones look good too. Well done.

Hi Sanjeev, a very soulful expression from this young lion.

Normally having something like the log running through the subject in the BKG, I feel is not ideal, however I think in this image it's fine, it seems to work, perhaps because it's on an incline? I might, if you have added some in, back off a fraction on the Contrast, it just lifts things a bit, but this is based on viewing on a laptop, so I could be wrong. You can easily spot which body you used before reading the techs .

Good capture of a lovely, relaxed animal. I like the bits of grass in the foreground, their thin lines add a bit of motion but stay totally out of the face.

    Hello Sanjeev,

...This lion must be a naughty boy since his ears are already a bit tattered, even though he's still a youngster:)

Your subject has lots of character and the expression on his face truly makes this image for me. I like your crop here, lovely rich tones, F8 gave you enough DOF and those grasses in front are just in the right place Nice PP work and the sharpening is just right, love it!

    Kind regards,

Hi Sanjeev a very nicely processed portrait of the youngster with a lot of nonsense in his eyes .
I guess he was on his way to cause kak to somebody else . I like the overall nice detail and color and i am with Nancy regarding the grass in the FG . I am fine with the contrast Steve is referring to , but think you can also lift the 3/4 tones a bit without loosing the contrast effect.

A decent job you made , well done.

    TFS Andreas

Great image sharpness.. Log doesn't bother me just the one bright stem on the right side of the frame. Nice portrait!
