    Here is another shot with a partial reflection. This is different since, instead of the normal side view, it is pretty much head on. What do you think of looking pretty much straight on towards the bird?

    Hi Michael !!! I think I would like the side view for the head better. A couple of reasons. First I like being able to see the eyes and feel they are the most important part of the bird. Second is the change in anatomy with the breeding plumage. With a frontal view you loose it !!!

    Reflection wise I like them a lot hut they have to be full reflections. Partial I tend to crop out in camera by getting closer. No hard rule on this one just personal taste. With very still water I will make lots of images in hopes one will be a perfect reflection

    Very nice colors, I like the reflection very much. Only thing I see, and that no one has mentioned is that the ibis is in the middle of the frame.
