Love the feathers at the top, and the tack sharp eye. If you had more of the neck, I might include it, it feels a bit cut off to me.

Cool! I agree that a little more neck would be nice. I also would like to see a little more of the texture effect on the birds head, maybe not as strong as it shows on the Bg, maybe blending to zero at the eye. As presented, the face seems to be a separate piece stuck on after the fact and not blending in with your textured work. Great piece, it deserves attention!
