    I haven't posted here in a long time, so I thought that I'd get started again.

    Canon 7D MkII, EF 500mm f/4L IS II, ISO 800, f/7.1, 1/3200-sec. hand held, with Raw conversion in DxO Optics Pro 10.2

    nice light and wing position, I like the head turn and the BG but wish the far wing had not intersected with the shoreline. The eagle can use a bit more sharpening, and the BG looks a bit noisy. I would put more room around him (it is too tight) if you have it

    Thank you Arash. That shoreline is in my whole set of images from that morning. I think I do have more space to show. I'll look when I get home and work with your other suggestions.

    Fantastic image David. I really like how the eagle has a big presence within the frame. Very nice feather details and colours blending with the BG. Yes, a little more room would still allow the eagle big presence.
