This was taken last September as the passage migrants were coming through.
Shooting info: 1DX, 500 F4 II + 1.4 ext on a tripod, SS 1600, F6.3, ISO 400.

Nicely sharp on the eye and head. I like the way the brown background complements the bird's coloring, but do find the white down the right side distracing. Also like the HA and low POV.

Nice and sharp with good details. The white BG on the right is a bit distracting. If you have the canvas, a vertical might work well.

Love the sharpness and perfect focus on the head. I agree with the above comments than the white on the RH is distracting and interferes with the birds white feathers.
