Great title Bill. I like the comp and the IQ on the bird.
Blacks look pretty good for a high key image.
I like the slight head turn our way,
    Gail

Cool species, and the high-key treatment works well. I love the raised red crest and sharp details. I could see a crop from above, but at least it gives you room to go for a 5:4 ratio should you need it. I feel some fill-flash could have done well for the face.

Lovely shot good title too! Hey I didn't know you had white skies in Arizona I thought it was always blue, anyhow the high key works well, a very eye catching shot.

I like the pose, exposure and high key BG. I would take a little off the top and remove the tiny white dot near the eye. Well done Bill.

Very fitting title on this perch, Bill. Great looking woodpecker and like the typical tail feathers bracing against the branch. Also like the high-key BG.
