    Handsome portrait Sanjeev, color and detail are excellent. Well done.
    BG without the OOF tree would be my preference, not sure if that was an option for your shooting position.

    Great perspective on this little beauty - love that bright red eye. Not so disturbed by the tree in the background, but I can imagine it wouldn't suit everyone.

    If it was mine, I think I might knock the sharpening back a little - it is looking a bit prickly.

    Nice image and great colors.
    I would back off on the sharpening as the feather details are crunchy.
    I would consider cloning/toning down/burning the area above the bill to minimize its impact,

    Beautifully composed portrait with lots of juicy colours. Yes to a bit less sharpening, and I do find the beige oof tree a bit of a distraction - you could perhaps either try toning it down or adding a bit of green in there. Still a fine image, I love that eye!
