Does the cow count as "Hand of man"? The cow got tagged, but I am assuming its a free range egret!
Anyway, its an enviornmental shot. I had a few with the cow more in range, but it made the bird a little hot. Still having problems balancing white birds in mixed light shots.
I finally got to see Artie last weekend at the great Indian River Camera Club talk. I learned a lot, and enjoyed the talk immensely.
That cow looks mighty wild to me George !!! ..... Just look at those eyes !!!!
I like the concept of the cattle with the cow very much. Would have liked them interacting in some way. As presented it seems detached from cow !!! You did make a sharp image and very well exposed. For these I just sit there for a while an follow the action till something happens !!!

I think we should start a thread for birds and wildlife of "How I got my name". I'd love to have an image of a Cattle Egret and Cow.....just never see them together unless I'l driving down the interstate!! I agree with Al.......it would have been nice for some interaction but still good having the 2 together in a nice image. Well done.
