    Terrific tree sparrow William, great pose, perch, and BG. Wonderful NR on the iso 2000, did you use DPP4? Not sure if there are slight artifacts after cloning, if so they can be smoothed out, but I don't have that skill yet! a wonderful image!

    Thanks Ann. I processed with CS6. No cloning here. thats the way the BG was

    Why cant we all have backdrops like that ? About the best TS shot I,ve seen ,Will.

    William ... you could,t ask for more with this one... it's got all the elements of a great photograph ... pin sharpness, nice BG, excellent expression - not sue if there is any way to improve this one ... good job!!

    Hi William, like the side profile & detail here, killer BKG, but personally I just don't like the broken stick. With the SS I think you could have gone for a bit more DoF without any effect to the nice BKG, which is far enough away from the subject, plus you'll still retain the nice compression with the 500.
