I really like this.
Like the long vertical comp to emphasize the neck and the blue and orange in the image.
I think the image could go a bit brighter and I would do some NR on the BG and a bit on the neck.
My only wish ( and something you couldn't do a thing about) was that the neck was perfectly straight.
