I think the fisheye adds well to the surreal feel of the image. The starburst is terrific and highlights well on the tree. Is the messenger sending a message?

Jackie, this is just a title. It is inspired by a poem of a great writer named Mihai Eminescu.
The photographic galleries that i exhibit, Romanian title is "La streaua". (To the star)

    To the Star

To the star up in ethereal heights
There's a path so far to stray,
Thousands of years might have its lights
    Been wandering 'til today.

    La steaua

    La steaua care-a răsărit
    E-o cale-atīt de lungă,
Că mii de ani i-au trebuit
    Luminii să ne-ajungă.

Thanks for your visit and comment!

Nice use of the fisheye Mihail. I like the contrast of the sun and the tree. The tree seems to be an antenna for the rays of light.

A title can add a lot to an image, and you certainly did that with this one. The tonal range and subtle colors are very effective, and you did a masterful job on the star. I'd have flipped the image horizontally, but it's quite wonderful the way it is. I hope we get to see more of your images here.
