    Default Eagle Inmature

Love shooting eagles, not the best light so I had to slow the shutter way down but still happy with the results. Canon 7DII 500f4+1.4, ISO1600,f6.3@1000sec.Thanks for looking .

nice shot, hard place to get good shots, how are the Eagles there right now (or was this from back in 2014?). It is obvious you raised the shadows as the wings are noisy, I edited it with some noise reduction on the wings and body. Also removed a slight yellow cast, and there is some type of chromatic aberration on the wing tips so removed that.

Classic and good underside banking pose, cool BG, and a nice composition Joe. Well done.

    Thanks for the input guys.

While it's not a easy place to shoot there is nowhere else in the lower 48 you can go and photo them fishing in numbers(100+ in the peak of the fall) The shot is recent there are always some eagles hanging around Conowingo. In Nov we bought a house 10 minutes from the dam so I'm kinda spoiled that I can just drop in check it out if it's a slow day move on.
