Default Kumlien's Iceland Gull for all the larophiles

Last month I travelled to s.w. Florida and although the birds were incredible and I filled every memory card I could get my hands on, the pictures I take down there can never mean as much to me as a picture taken here at home. I don't know exactly why that is, and perhaps if I moved there (and I wouldn't mind) things would feel different. Anyhow, here is one of the good local Kumlien's Iceland Gulls. Taken with the Canon 7D and 100-400 at 365mm. iso1250, 1/1600, f5.6 and of course I will gratefully welcome anything and everything you have to offer!

Nicely framed against the trees. This would be a real rarity in my neck of the woods; I've never seen one. I wonder if you might eke out just a little more detail or sharpness in the bird. And I would tone down the brightest of the bright areas on the right.
