One that i managed when the sun came out for around 10 mins on Sunday, prefer these to birds on blue sky shots.

Hi Brian nicely caught good focus - well done. I am guessing this is at Gigrin judging by the attentive crows.
The colours look a little adrift to me, perhaps a little on the yellow side. If it were mine I would tone down the background a little to make the bird stand out a little more and I think I would remove the crows.

Excellent shot! You really nailed the focus here. I agree with Jonathan; the yellows look a bit vibrant and I would clone out those oof crows. Well done.

You have received very good advice above. It also looks like you lifted the shadows on the birds left underwing and have lost contrast and color punch in the primaries,

Agree with all the advice, on my monitor the backround looks too yellowish and a bit too saturated. Also agree with Gail that the shadows have lost their black point which reduces contrast.
