    Nice portrait with good reds. It looks like you got good focus, with the depth of field covering both the eye and the feathers on the shoulder. Good light really helps there.

    I wish the tan object wasn't behind the head -- part of a feeder? I would at least clone out the dark part of it at the top.

    Te JPEG looks a little crunchy. What were the sharpening steps -- was the master file over-sharpened?

    Looks like you brought a little more detail into the reds and warmed them a little, and darkened the blacks a little, but tell us what you did, and hoped to accomplish. Learning is about more than evaluation of a final image!

    Did you go back to the raw, or work on the .psd or JPEG? Is it a large crop?
