What a beautiful image. Great bg and love the perch. Fear of spiders makes this difficult to look at for very long.

Incredible image! You should be super happy with it. Perfect look back, killer prey, clean perch, bg, details ...
I would have traded SS and/or ISO for more DOF, but no biggie. Fantastic image Jan.

Great looking bird for the bright light, I would try to bring the pupil out just a little. Big spider!

Yikes, now that is a prey item! I love the legs up on it, makes for an even more "creepy" feel to it. Great look-back pose. Fantastic colours. Artistically maybe a bit more room for the composition would be good, but I enjoy viewing the close up as presented for the web.

Love the color and the great pose by the bird with the spider. I agree on a little more room around. I would had also turned down the brightness on the perch just a bit.

Wow love this photo, beautiful bird and the prey just adds to it.
only suggestion that I can think of is it looks a little tight and I think it needs a tad more room..
    cheers

You have received some apt comments and critiques above.
The prey is priceless and agree to a bit more room bottom and RHS,
