    Default BC eagle

This is another frame from Vancouver area. This eagle is a young adult (he still has dark patches on his head). He had lost his trophy (carcass of a salmon covered in mud). It seemed salmon was scares and eagles were waiting for scavenging opportunities

    Hi Arash,

Wonderful sense of place in this image with the framing branches. Sharpness, exposure, etc are all top notch as usual. Nice background too. Well done.

Very nice clean image - I like the pose and the framing by the branches and lichen - tells a nice story.

    Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see a non-flight image from you!
I like the POV and the calling pose. That BG blue is lovely and I find myself wishing it went all the way down to the bottom of the frame.
I would clone out that little strand of moss/ OOF branch that is near the head and the little branches coming in from bottom LHS.
    Nice image,
    Gail

Nice pose and very natural setting. The open beak and huge talons really show off this birds power. Nice detail and thanks for sharing.

You really seem to have made the most of that 300 2.8

He looks annoyed! Nicely composed and that pale blue in the background is just perfect, as are the habitat elements.

Hi Ari, nicely framed between the branches, and you have captured a great angled pose with the open beak. Tack sharp, and I quite like the graduated sky from blue to white.

Terrific pose, lovely bg, good sense of place. Good IQ on the bird as usual. Although I suppose the smaller twigs and branch in the LLC are part of his habitat, I find them a little distracting.

Hi Arash , nice calling pose in nice color /tone setting .Even if the twigs are somehow a bit distracting , but not a major thing.

Nice 3d look to this, I also would get rid of a lot of the small branches at the bottom of the frame....
