    Default Kite vs Sea-Eagle

Here is another image from that battle between a Whistling Kite and a White-bellied Sea-Eagle. It is actually a composite of two images. The birds were fighting, tumbling and dropping and it was difficult to predict their movement and keep both birds in the frame.

    Thanks for looking.

Nice! I have no problem with compositing to show a better view of the action. The lighting on both matches. Was the white sky natural or are they cut out?

Great eye contact -- I don't know the birds so not sure who's the aggressor. I'd guess it's the little guy. Who won?

Thanks Diane. The white sky is natural. The frames were taken a fraction a second apart.

In this case the aggressor was the little guy (Whistling Kite). The Sea-Eagle was successfully driven off so the little guy actually won!
