It looks like you got good sharpness and detail but you would have a stronger image if the head and shoulders weren't against white. There is a lot in the BG to convey a winter scene but it competes with the bird for which should be the subject. The top of the snow is featureless, which snow can be, but in a strong image the viewer longs for some detail.
A good capture, though just not the ideal setting. Would love to see more!
