Ice on the neck and head. It was -31C that morning.

Absolutely superb portrait. Wonderful exposure in whites. Ice specks on on the neck and beak looks beautiful.
Great details, composition and Love the way it pops up against beautiful blues.

Hi Tim, excellent detail throughout, especially on the head and beak. The visible ice takes this up a few notches, and I feel the sharpness is on the border of ' seemingly' being oversharpened in some areas of the neck. Love the blue BG.
-31 is pretty cold.

Hi Tim very nicely framed portrait of the Swan . You have very nice colors and overall tone /contrast in the image . I like the comp a lot . But agree it does look a bit crunchy /oversharpened .

Agree with all the comments above, and I am noticing some chromatic aberration (red lining) in the neck area. Super shot though.
