That is a real cracker of a shot, such detail and wonderful colours - some of which are complementary, making for a very eye catching image.

Nice and simple portrait Christopher! Superb BG, nice soft light and good looking perch. Seems to be some underexposed parts in the blacks, that might be possible to save from the RAW-file

Very nice head angle and pose. I would have liked a little more canvas to the left of the bird to achieve better balance.

Great looking frame Chris. Love the pose and details in this one. The colors, the perch and the BG all work so well together. Very well done

About as cute as it gets. Great pose on the bird and the perch with the dainty ferns is a perfect compliment.

Lovely image here Chris. My first thought was excellent exposure showing good detail throughout, and colors look rich and completely true in this very nice front view of this GT. Very well done and a pleasure to see.

Hi Chris, love the angled inquisitive pose, and I do like the mixture of yellows and blacks on this fellow. I like your comp too.
