Agree, nice light, sharp and I like the inquisitive look! wish the beak were just a little higher for separation.
Very nice sharp shot. I think these guys must like you,
Sid
Katie, your right on the separation..How do you remember all this stuff? I'm happy most times to remember where the shutter button is:o
Thanks Sid, it isn't me it's the cookin:)
Well, Nonda, I think it's because I've been going through my old "best images" with new eyes, applying all those words of wisdom from Alfred and, let me tell you, that's hammered home several lessons:o Don't sell yourself short, you are putting out some very good images.
Yes, you do take some very nice images, Nonda, and I like this one. To me, the darks seemed a little dark and I took the liberty of using shadows/highlights to lighten some....may just be me, though. As for remembering everything, I think that's hard too! For awhile, I was blowing a fair number of shots because I'd forget to check most of my settings!
Hi Nonda,
Very nice image...:) I like it the way it is...:D The bill seperation does not bother me...keep them coming...
I like the re post very much Bird is looking very good a little brighter Could darken the head just a tad !!!
Nonda I think all these little things we look for become second nature. I normally set up and wait for a behavior, move or something to set it apart from just sitting there. Also like to work the bird and make several images ... actually many images.
I like the look very much and that you got a clear bg !!!
I like the lighter bird except for the head and legs, couldn't this be done selectively?
Thanks for the comments!
