You have a great POV here.
Nice BG as well.
The side lighting her has hurt the image somewhat giving you some pretty heavy shadowing.
For my tastes, I would crop the image by taking some on the botton and RHS so that the gull's head is in the upper right third of image,

PS I would shoot at ISO 400 at the very least so you have more options with SS and DOF.

Ditto Gail's critique and suggestions / tips. I love the really low angle you got here, something I try to do when I can when photographing my favorite subjects. If you had been able to shuffle over to your left more that would have been good IMO to try to get the light at a better angle.

Yes, sharp with a nice image design. Strive to find situations where you are able to point your shadow right at the subject. Otherwise pray for clouds :) a
