    This Ring-billed Gull is pretty much in full breeding plumage. Image captured at Lake Mirror, Lakeland, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    I like the detail, but I would like to see a bit of a head turn toward us.

    I love the details on the bird Joe. Especially the whites on the head area. As Walker said, a little more head turn would make it better. Good work

    You got the whites quite nicely in this one. Could do with a touch more sharpening.

    Maybe the whites are just on the edge. may improve the sharpening effect if a bit darker.
    Would have been good for the portrait theme ?
