This is in a redstone(the local geology) sand quarry and the ground really is that colour.! causes no end of " colour cast comments "

Good shot, the action has been well captured for only 1/350.

Thanks Colin (Was just off to bed!) yes the speed is actually quite fast for me ! A lot of my other pool stuff is often at 1/80th sec !! Pigeons are easier because of their size so you can get away with more.(or less ) speed. Its amazing how bathing birds may be acting frantically but their heads aer often very stationary
Thanks for bothering to lookand coment.
    Cheers

    Hi John,
I like the action portrayed and all the water droplets.Nice head turn towards you.
I wish the large OOF area in the FG was not there and would crop a healthy chunk of it off.
The light was quite harsh as well which makes for heavy shadows and a contrasty image.
I feel that there is a greenish color cast to the dove but am not 100% sure as I have not seen this bird IRL.

Excellent image in pull. Beautiful bathing pose with nice HA, beautiful colors and flash of water.
Re post has addressed the color cast issue. Does it need CC rotation or my illusion?

    Tanks all
Satish - you could be right but the slope of the front bank may not be helping. easily fixed.
    Thanks
