    Hi John. I like the frame, BG and natural colors. Wish to see more details on the head and NR of BG. TFS.

    Hi John, Sorry, but the composition doesn't work for me - I prefer a cleaner background. Behind the bird, noise aside, could be softer; the branches, leaves/hedge and twigs on the right clutter the image without contributing anything to the story.

    Hi John,like the pose and perch,dont mind the green BG,but not keen on the orange leaves on the right,if mine ,would sharpen the eye.TFS.

    Hi John I get your point re the natural background but for me it is both natural and a little intrusive, the beech hedge keeps pulling my eyes from the jay and I keep looking at the out of focus tree. Having said that the jay has very natural colours and is sharp.
