There is a population of these in California. They are such cool-looking birds. I like the perch and lighting, and excellent details, but would hope for a better HA. Well done and an image I wish I had in my portfolio nonetheless.

Superb image, I like the BG how it goes from darker to lighter orange tones. The bird is in perfect focus and nicely exposed. Just wish maybe that the perch was just a bit more in focus, but not a big deal at all. I would also like to see another version with the first leaf in the foreground maybe cloned out? Other than that this is a picture I wish I had taken it :)

Great looking bird, nicely exposed with good detail. I could imagine a version without the lowest bunch of leaves, and would love to see his head turned not quite so much toward you. But I'm being picky. It's a nice image just as presented.

Hi Sanjeev. Like the frame, all is on place. Well managed DOF, great pose & perch and nice BG. Like the bird too! TFS.

Killer bg and light and I love the slanted perch. The bird is beautiful as are your details. Do you have any with less of a head turn (more of a profile shot)?
    Nicely done Sanjeev.
