    Good grip on that perch. Nice details. Too bad the wing was not raised higher, and the body not angling away. Still a tough one to get, your timing was excellent.

    Caught the moment very nicely! Do you use a trigger-trap or do you just have an exceptionally fast trigger finger?
    Either way, it is a very nice image! I like the detailed blacks against that blue background - but do wonder about bringing in the crop from the top and right edges.

    Hi Jon, seems like you are mastering your blacks and exposure very well these days - another fine well exposed subject from you. Great view of the feet, and I do like the yellow eye ring and yellow beak.

    Thanks for the comments everyone. Gerald I have a fast trigger finger I am also known as Jonny Ringo! The 1DX frame rate is pretty quick too
