    Good reflexes Karl, I love the outstretched wings and feet still on the snow. Speaking of snow, I love the fresh drifts here. I think I'd still crop some off the bottom though as the image feels top-heavy.

    Good reflexes indeed. Whenever I try one of these, all I get is the tail. The snowdrifts add nicely to the shot, as does the color of the horned lark. Although he's trending away from you, it's a very pleasing image.
