    Just notice you upgraded equipment CM, very noticeable improvement in IQ.
    A bit slow SS for this, I would kick up the iso on the D610, you don't need to worry about it.
    With proper exposure, iso3200 looks fine with some background noise reduction.
    Congrats on the new camera, looking good....

    Very nice! It's extremely low percentage to get a good shot like this where the bird is just moving forward, as it's almost always seriously out of focus. Not perfect here, but quite good for a small JPEG. The obvious movement makes perfect focus less important.

    Colors look good and the hint of BG is very pleasing. Good light in the eye. You might consider taking a little more off the right (to get rid of the two knobs on the branches at the edge) and adding a little more on the bottom if you have it. Maybe clone out the shadowy branch along the bottom under the bird's eye.
