    Beautiful bird, great job on the exposure, interesting and different water. My only 2 crits would be that it would be been ideal to have the iridescence in the head a little more fully lit and the wave in the foreground a little less obtrusive.

    Looks like the water in the harbour was a little choppy today, it is what it is and you captured a nice view of this beauty William. Good profile, nice low POV, and I like your choice of a pano crop here with the Goldeneye well placed IMO. Nice color and detail, well done.
