    A perfect pose. Flash would have been nice but you made do in tough light conditions. I think pulling the dark slider down a bit in levels might help the bird pop a little more.

    A beautiful photo of a beautiful bird indeed. It looks a bit too blue on my screen, though. Perhaps you could try a little warmer white balance?

    Very nice composition and head turn.
    I think you did very well with no plash.
    The iridescence in the feathers shows well.
