Hi all , as a contrast to previous image of the old warrior i go on with a young Harbour Seal from Helgoland Island . Image taken last early summer .
For me the clean overall look and the eyes of this young chap makes this work , i could go tighter but then i would loose the overall look and feel from my POV .
Wonder what you all think .

Andreas, I like this a lot. Fantastic POV, love the clean surroundings and that awesome eye contact! Colours are nice too. Great detail & sharpness on the little one.

Hi Andreas, love the colours in this and the facial expression/look to camera. Looks like he/she is wearing an ALL in one with all those wrinkles & folds.

Just lovely...makes me think of silk, all that shiny fur...A fur ball Something delicate and at the same time so striking about this character - you never cease to amaze me with those seals of yours, MR B.E.!

Helogoland, would be a good driving distance for me for those. I assume they are there all year around!

Your details in this one are outstanding Andreas. No go and compare to the lion!!!!! You will see what I mean.

Just love the light and colors on this little one. Well, the look is like, hey just woke up

well done, Helgoland goes on list for drive through

    Enjoy your eve

    Ciao Anette

A lovely sheen look on the fur, and the cute factor comes as standard with these guys! A nice head on pose and just enough light on the eyes for them to pop

Hi all a very big thank you for all your kind comments , much appreciated .

Anette you can actually not compare two images taken under totally different circumstances from light and tech POV and expect the same amount of detail in every image, sometimes it works very nice some times a bit less . Also depending on the operator and if one change one little thing in first place it can influence the whole thing .

Morkel this little thing will bite you ,ending up with badly infected wound because of their very bad bacteria in their mouth .

    Thanks again , cheers Andreas

Hi Andreas - Great low pov, tones and colors to this one. This may be my favorite seal image of yours.

    TFS,
    Rachel
