    Image was created in the last week of Jan,2015.Basic editing, cropped for composition.
    Perch cleaned. Selective NR applied to blacks.

    ISO :200, 1/1000,@5.6.Manual. 550D,100-400.

    Thats pretty funny because I was looking at this frame and wondered what that gap was in the bill, so I decided to look at your title to look up the bird on line, but the title says it all Very unique looking bird. It obviously uses the open part of it's bill in it's gathering of food. Nice pose, techs and comp Satish.

    Yes Satish wierd and wonderful. Lovely colour tint on the bird too. evidently the bill is designed to cope with large apple snails.

    Pretty neat bill for sure. I love the foot peeking out of of the feathers. I also like the feathers in the bill from the preening. Good vertical composition.
