This towhee and his mate have been feeding on seeds dropped from the feeder for weeks now. They seldom give you an opportunity to photograph them off the ground and out in the open. Here it require patience and luck.
Hi Roy Patience pays for sure !!!! I like the tech settings Love the pose and look back !!! Would consider cropping some from the bottom. Will make the bird larger in frame and give a better proportion. Can select the area around the head and darken the areas that have some lighter blacks. I like it a lot !!!
Nice look back pose and eye contact. A higher angle would have made it even better. There is some posterization in the BG and the head looks a bit soft.
