    This image was created at 5:38pm on January 29, 2015 at the Southbound Interstate 5 Camp Pendleton Viewpoint with the hand held Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM lens (at 200mm) and the Canon EOS 7D Mark II. ISO 400. Evaluative metering +2/3 stop: 1/6 sec at f/4.5 in Av mode. WB = 8800K.

    Nice abstraction from a natural scene, I love the colors and that was an awesome sunset! The panning really accentuates the lines and layers of color.

    This BRILLIANT blur is my favorite of the two you posted on your blog. Love the parallel layers of colors, with the repeating colors of the thinner layers of the water (totally amazing water color!) to the horizon and then the thicker layers in the sky, with that one layer of yellow separating all the reds. Well worth stopping the car for!

    I love it, Artie Wouldn't change a thing! The colors are out of this world and I think the dark horizontal lines in the water add a lot of depth. Gorgeous!

    For 4.5 it has created a lot of depth. The horizontal lines are soothing, while the vibrant colours create a nice juxtaposition. Very dynamic image!
