I was watching the crow torment this heron for about 5 mins. The heron just seemed to ignore what was going on, untill it eventually attacked the crow, which thereafter flew off. A few minutes later, the crow returned and again tormented the heron. I have never seen this before, usually two or more crows mob the herons, I thought this was unusual behaviour . It was if the crow, was wanting the heron to give him a fight

    Thanks for looking

    William

Excellent capture. I love the way the heron is treating the crow with absolute disdain. Lovely light and feather detail on the heron.

The heron looks like it's thinking "what should I do to this guy?!". Nice behaviour shot

This is a funny story, im actually typing the comment with a smile in my face. Really neat iamge, love the interaction. I only wish the Crows eye was visible, have you tried pulling the dark a bit on the eye? or maybe adding a spot of catchlight.

Lovely shot wonderful light and behaviour moment. My only suggestion would be to lift the very darkest parts on the crow.

What a fun interaction. The light and the setting couldn't be better. Awesome!
Agree with lifting blacks on the crow a bit.
