Not an easy bird to photograph. I like the topside view and wish the bird would have flown toward you. I might crop a bit tighter.
I don't know what gear you are using but in this case I would suggest upping the ISO to at least 400, and opening up the aperture more to maximize shutter speeds with these types of fast flyers. Perhaps you would have gotten more than just one sharp image out of the lot. Still nice to see one of these guys in full-flight, not easy for sure!

Daniel caught exactly what I was going to mention. It would have been better to go to ISO 400, perhaps 800 and f/5.6 to maximize shutter speed and AF acquisition. Knowing the equipment helps use to make suggestions. Thanks for posting this incredible image.
