    Dusky Lark
These guys are not the easiest to track down. This was my first sighting of this lark and since I have not seen one posted on the forum I thought I would share it.
The light at 09h00 was already very harsh (super hot in this part of the world)

    ISO 200

    Hi Richard,
I like the perch, the head turn, composition and BG.
The bird's body looks a bit over sharpened IMO

I like the pose, perch and BG, although the bird is looking a little rough. :)

Nice look back pose, perch and BG but the bird is a hare soft IMO. Another round will help. Not the prettiest individual but a nice capture. Well done Richard

Thanks David, will have a look at the sharpness again. I got prettier individuals but the light was super harsh and the IQ suffered IMO. Here is an example for you and Marina of what a handsome dusky looks like :) (They are actually stunning larks... the first one just had a big party on his migration :)). As always thanks for taking the time to look and comment!
