This is a good image. I first wrote that contrast was lacking, but now I looked at it in a better angle on my laptop and it was better;) But maybe you could still increase contrast, make the water drops brighter - and maybe the water even darker. Watch for burning out whites in the bird though! If you happen to burn out something in the water splash, well that doesn't matter.

WOW, that us an excellent action, and not wasy to get!!!! Great pose with fully extended wings and tail, fish in bill and cool splah. Winner :)

I've reworked the image a little. Increased contrast, made water darker. How does this look?
