Hi Sanjeev again very nice to see a Tiger . I like the things you mentioned too and would add the low POV . Good work with the stump
. And the comp is very nice .
Just asking for curiosity why do you blur the BKG twice ? To me the BG is looking too porcelain , colors are very much subjective , if this was mine i would go for slightly cooler look cause of the natural low light in the forest as you described .

Andreas, I applied NR to BG & then added a surface blur to remove some graininess that was visible. I guess just NR would be enough? Yeah the POV was also nice. Comp wise ai liked this the best of my tiger posts recently.
Thanks for your comments. Much appreciated.

Hi Sanjeev - I too like the comp here the best of your tiger images that you've posted recently. The pose, the angle to camera, the space to move into and the low pov all work well together. I agree with Andreas and would have gone a little cooler if it were mine given the time of day. The whiskers on the left of the face as we're looking look a little crunchy to me. Overall, a very nice tiger image.

The tiger has great presence, you captured it well at a terrific angle. The eyes and face really jump out. I don't know if blurring the BG is the answer here. Maybe dim/desaturate the BG to make the cat pop even more?

Andreas, yes thanks for your detailed description of Sharpening. Very helpful indeed.

Again amazing IQ for the high ISO and lovely PP as well as colours. I have no issue with the NR on the BG...It looks clean and smooth. Nice comp and great to see the tongue sticking out. Nice one Sanjeev!

Hi Sanjeev, I think this the best from the series to date, I like the fact you have more of the subject in frame, but do wish for a bit more image content below. Pushing that ISO was good and you certainly did well in achieving what you did. Looking at the Histogram the image looks well exposed and I'm OK on WB, might have even pushed it a bit more, however... I just wonder, and again looking on the laptop so... but perhaps dropping the exposure overall between a third/two thirds may help as it obviously wasn't that bright based on +1.67EV, just a thought??????
Well done.

Hello Sanjeev,
Another beautiful tiger and I agree with Steve, this is the best from the series - very well done!
Glad to see you pushing ISO, the camera handled it well and you have quite a stunner here:)
I do feel that NR alone would have been enough, happy with the sharpening and the colours are really great, nicely framed (although I just wish for more space for the virtual legs/paws of the tiger here)
Sanjeev, how many lions/leopards can I trade in for a tiger?
Just kidding, happy for you to have had such awesome sighting and glad you captured it so well, hope to see some more!
Warmest regards,

Hi Sanjeev,
great pose of this tiger. For the ISO it looks good nothing to add on that part. I just wonder a bit about the magenta on RHS, I might would get a tad rid of this. I think it is a bit to present.
Very nice image indeed and rest is said already above
Have a great eve Ciao

Nice one Sanjeev - I too like this best of the series thus far.
Great IQ for the techs!!
The catchlights in the eyes look quite large - was there any source of lighting added (spotlight or flash)?
