Neat bird that certainly fits the theme very well! I like the hunched pose as if it is about to take off. Good exposure, perhaps a bit more sharpening needed for web presentation. The subject needs to be higher in the frame IMO (pointing your lens lower), and if mine I'd remove the little bit of oof perch showing near the foot.

Roy I would like to see it with maybe cropping a bit off the top but that apart the way the feathering shows on the bird is super, and that eye really keeps your attention.

I agree with Dan's assessment, but I'd add that I'd like to see a bit more detail in those dark feathers.
